Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original Boulevard Diamonds presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certifications and documentation.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
